Change Impax / Xero Password

How to change your password for Impax and XERO (mortonmobile)

  1. Log into Impax with your current password.
  2. On the top bar – next to your name, click the down arrow.
  3. Select the option – Change password.
  4. Follow the prompts and create a new strong password which meets the following criteria:
    • At least one higher case and one lower case letter
    • At least one number

Please keep your password confidential and change it if you suspect it has become known to an unauthorized person.

If you log into the Vincent Pallotti server, your password for XERO (mortonmobile) would have changed automatically and will be the same as your Impax password.

Please note that your USERNAME will remain unchanged.  Therefore your username and password will differ from each other.

XERO users at Milnerton, Claremont, Bellville, Cape Town Mediclinic and Chris Barnard Mem hospital who are NOT connecting to Vincent Pallotti, please contact the system administrator to change your XERO password.  You can change your Impax password yourself following the above mentioned steps.
