Dr. Isak Vorster joins the Morton & Partners Partnership
We are proud to announce that, effective 1 May 2025, Dr. Isak Vorster became a Partner at Morton & Partners Radiologists.
Since rejoining the Morton & Partners team in September 2021, Dr. Vorster consistently demonstrated exceptional clinical expertise, a strong commitment to patient care, and a passion for academic advancement. His collaborative approach and leadership qualities made him a natural addition to the partnership.
A Career Marked by Dedication and Growth
Dr. Vorster completed his MBChB at the University of Pretoria, followed by an internship at Steve Biko Academic Hospital and community service at Tshwane District Hospital. After completing his radiology training, he gained valuable international experience, reflecting his broader interests in science, technology, and global healthcare.
Though he entered private practice in 2019, Dr. Vorster returned to the public sector during the COVID-19 pandemic, taking up a role as a consultant radiologist at Groote Schuur Hospital. There, he contributed meaningfully to registrar training and research initiatives. He rejoined Morton & Partners in late 2021.
In 2022–2023, he completed a prestigious Fellowship in Body Imaging and Interventional Radiology at St. Paul’s Hospital, University of British Columbia. His qualifications also include a Postgraduate Diploma in Paediatric Radiology, a MMed (Radiology) from UCT, and dual fellowships in Paediatric Radiology and Body & Interventional Radiology.
