The NPS Survey is by now a well known part of the Morton and Partners Service measurements.
It not only highlights areas of focus and improvement but also gives us insight into who our shining stars are at the branches, based on our patients’ feedback.
For the annual awards, we have looked at both the highest number of responses for 2021 and the best overall NPS score.
Our winners in the category Most NPS Responses is the team from M&P Milnerton who received over 2000 responses during 2021. With Bellville and Gatesville following close on their heels.
The winner of the category Best NPS Score goes to M&P Cape Town, with a fantastic score of 84.08. Followed closely by Bellville and Rondebosch.
The last award is a monthly rotating award for Most Improved NPS which was won by the M&P Bellville Team! With Mitchells Plain in very close 2nd. This score is based on month to month comparisons of both the NPS responses AND the overall NPS score.
