Parking Guide for Morton & Partners Riverlands Branch

If you’re visiting the Morton & Partners Riverlands branch, convenient parking and access are available via the P1 parking area. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help you find us easily and make use of the Parket smart parking system.

Where to Park
Visitors are encouraged to use P1 Parking, which is a secure facility managed by Parket. No ticket is required upon entry, as the system uses automatic number plate recognition.

How to Reach Morton & Partners from P1
Our practice is located on the Podium Level above Checkers, in Building 5.

After parking in P1:

• Use the elevators at either B Block or C Block to reach the Podium Level.

• Once on the podium, proceed to the far left to reach Building 5, where Morton & Partners is located. Signage is available to guide you.

How Parket Works

1. Entry: Your number plate is scanned automatically when you enter P1 – there is no physical ticket.

2. Payment: Before returning to your car, go to the Parket payment kiosk. Enter your vehicle registration and pay using a card or SnapScan.

3. Exit: Once payment is complete, drive out – the boom gate will lift automatically when your number plate is recognised.

Tip: Be sure to pay before returning to your vehicle to avoid delays at the exit.

Assistance for Elderly Patients or Those with Limited Mobility
We understand that access can be challenging for some patients. If you or a loved one has difficulty walking or is elderly, we do have limited parking available on the Podium 4 Level. To arrange this, please contact our friendly Patient Administrators at the branch in advance, and they will gladly assist.

If you need further assistance during your visit, feel free to approach a member of security or ask at the main reception in Building 5.
