At Morton & Partners, we have expanded our Radiology Request submission process to allow more digital channels, whilst keeping our tried and tested printed forms in circulation. With these digital channels we hope to aid efficient communication between referrers and improve request tracking and processing.
Note that the digital forms are only monitored during working hours (8 am – 5 pm) and not recommend for emergency cases. Should you wish to use this channel in case of emergency, please follow up with a phone call to notify our team that this is an priority case.
